Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, therefore, allow you to shop with confidence from our online store.


To purchase products from Home Flair Decor you must be 18 years of age, have read these terms carefully and have indicated this prior to purchase.

Please note that the colours shown in online images may differ from the reality of the product. Limitations in photography and technologies used to view images may alter colour representation. We will endeavour to produce a close representation of colours/textures, however, if in doubt please use our wallpaper sample service.

Samples are limited to our wallpaper collections only and so, unfortunately, we are unable to provide fabric or material samples of our other products available.

Wallpaper Samples

For customers in the UK mainland we are happy to provide A4 sized wallpaper samples and 30cm Border samples, charges from £1 per sample. For customers outside the UK mainland a postage charge will apply. 

As previously noted wallpapers may vary in colour from how they appear on your screen, so, for peace of mind, please use our sample service. Samples should be used as guide for colour and texture.
The standard sample is limited to A4 size. The full design repeat can be viewed online or you can request a "mill" large sized sample which is approximately 50cm x 53cm (for a higher charge).
Occasionally a smaller sample may be available for specialist wallcoverings, this will be highlighted where applicable.


When you place an order with Home Flair Decor this will be treated as an offer to buy. If we accept your order we will confirm this by email which will contain an order number. At this point we make a legal contract with you; however, we may refuse to accept your order in any circumstance if we deem it necessary. Again, notification of this will be made by email.

When reviewing your order, the information given may be used by us to enquire with various agencies in order to confirm your identity and location. These enquiries aid in protecting us both from fraudulent transactions.
If we do decline your offer on security grounds, we may contact you to seek alternative payment or to confirm details given.

Upon receiving an order confirmation we would ask you to check that there are no errors, that all product numbers and quantities are correct and that delivery/billing addresses are correct.


Payment can be made by any of the card types shown or using PayPal.
Orders are accepted on the condition that payment is cleared prior to dispatch of goods.
All details supplied to Home Flair Decor use encryption to ensure safe delivery of details.

Telephone orders can only be delivered to the registered billing address associated with the payment card.


All prices are in GBP £ sterling.
Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Prices may be subject changes due to amendments to VAT in the future - we will adjust our pricing accordingly.


Our carriage charges to UK mainland addresses are calculated on the checkout total. If you are based off the mainland then please e-mail info@homeflairdecor.co.uk   or call  00 44 (0) 161 729 1686  for a carriage quote.
Deliveries take two to five working days within the UK mainland.
For other (non UK mainland) destinations delivery will normally take five to ten working days.

Delivery will normally be by post or by courier. The acceptance of shipment by a common carrier or by any licensed public postal service shall constitute proper delivery. Risk associated with the goods shall pass to buyer on delivery or with the passing of title in the goods, whichever occurs first; provided however, that where delivery is delayed due to circumstances caused by or within the responsibility of buyer, risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon notification that goods have shipped. If there is any shortfall in delivery or damage to goods during transit you must notify Home Flair Decor within three working days of delivery.
We will not be held financially liable for any delay in delivering the goods to you, however arising. If a delivery is refused we reserve the right to charge the full carriage/delivery charges in their entirety without subsidisations by way of a deduction from any refund owed.

Next day delivery service cannot be guaranteed, once a parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over speed or time of delivery.

Stock availability

If a product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible about any delay. Please note that any delivery dates given are an estimate only and may be subject to change without notice.
Dates given do not constitute a contractual obligation by Home Flair Decor to supply goods by a certain date. We will, however, keep you informed of any delay to the best our abilities.

If a product is listed as “Bespoke Order”, this indicates a bespoke order is required with our supplier to directly dispatch the goods. Any orders that do not come from our own stocks cannot be accepted under our standard returns policy.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Flair Decor, you may return it within 28 days of purchase. It must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging (with all labels) for a full refund, postage will be at your cost.
If a product has been produced individually to your specification or has been ordered specially on your behalf then there are no rights to return. We reserve the right to deduct a delivery cost for the original order if the returned value deems any delivery promotions void. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will issue any due refund within 14 days of receipt of any authorised return.

In the event of a wallpaper fault please send samples of the product to us along with the labels – it may not be necessary to return the entire faulty product.
Please note that you should check all wallpaper products prior to and during hanging.
If the product is found to be defective then a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

If you are returning goods, or in the event of a fault, we ask that you send an email to Home Flair Decor customer support returns@homeflairdecor.co.uk In this email please state the details of the return/fault, the order number, receipt date and if you wish to claim a replacement or a refund.

Products should be returned to: Returns Department, Home Flair Decor, Warehouse 1, 679 Eccles New Road, Salford, M50 1AY, United Kingdom. This address should be used for returns only.

We do not accept returns on samples.


You may have additional rights under warranty supplied by the manufacturer of the product you have ordered. Please contact us or the manufacturer directly if you require further information.

If Home Flair Decor discovers that a product(s) price was wrongly stated we retain the right to cancel any orders for the specific product(s) and notify you of the cancellation via email.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

All descriptions, dimensions and finishes are approximate, some of our products are hand finished and/or batched, the product you receive may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

Sale of Goods

Products supplied by Home Flair Decor are believed to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended.
Defects should be reported to Home Flair Decor immediately as soon as they are discovered.
All information given in response to an enquiry is given in good faith by Home Flair Decor.

Ultimately, it must be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of a product for the use in which you intend it for, specifically for your own situation and conditions which are unknown to Home Flair Decor.
Liability of Home Flair Decor will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.


Your purchase of products from Home Flair Decor will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within England. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage, and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. Home Flair Decor can revise these terms without notice by posting new terms on the Home Flair Decor site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Personal Data - all data that is provided to Homeflair Decor Ltd will be kept secure on our servers, this data will only be used for its intended purpose i.e completing your order, fulfilling your request for a newsletter etc. We will not sell data to any third party, please see our privacy and cookie policy for more information.

Export & Laws

Orders that are shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to your country’s customs, policies, clearance and any fees associated with the import of goods.
You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. No warranty is given by Home Flair Decor as to the legality of products received at the destination location.


Homeflair Decor ltd. provides this site on an “as viewed basis” and makes no guarantees or warranties to this site or its contents, which may change at any time.
