Delivery & Returns Info
The Couriers We Use
Deliveries are made by Post (Royal Mail) or Courier (APC, FedEx, Parcelforce & UPS) depending on the total volume and weight of items ordered.
Deliveries should be expected between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm on weekdays, a signature will be required for all courier-dispatched items (a photo taken within the entrance to your property and GPS location may be used in combination as an alternative to a signature).
Not going to be at home?
If you know you're not going to be at home to accept the delivery before you place your order then why not have your order delivered to your business/work address?
Simply select an alternate delivery address within the checkout and add any comments that'll aid the delivery drivers with any procedures they need to follow.
Public Holidays
Orders received over bank holidays or extended breaks will be shipped ASAP following the break, please expect a short delay in delivery.
We are open during these times but our couriers and the postal service are not.

Timed Delivery
The timed delivery service offers a morning (before 12) delivery attempt.
If you need your order delivered on a weekday morning then this is the service for you.

The named day delivery service offers you the choice of when your weekday delivery is to be attempted.

The weekend day delivery service offers you the choice of a Saturday delivery attempt.

Premium Deliveries - The Specifics
Express Delivery
Express delivery upgrades are shown within the checkout once you have completed your address (if available to your postcode area).
Any express order placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be prioritised for dispatch the same day (excludes weekends, bank holidays and is always subject to stock) for delivery within 1-2 working days.
Express orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on a Monday for delivery from Tuesday.
Timed, Weekend Delivery or Named Day Deliveries
Before 12 (AM), Weekend (Saturday) and Named Day (Specified Day) delivery options are also available within the checkout (availability based on your postcode).
The AM service will be delivered before 12:00 on weekdays only, should you select a weekend day or the named day service, please specify the preferred day or date for delivery from the drop-down menu and the order will be dispatched accordingly.
Why is their variation in delivery prices across the UK?
Whilst we do our best to keep delivery costs as fair and as low as possible by subsidising our delivery prices and offering a flat rate regardless of order size/weight or volume.
All the courier services we have available to us have increased rates for delivering parcels to certain areas of the UK, these increased costs and surcharges cannot be absorbed and have to be passed on.
These areas receive equal subsidisation to those without higher delivery rates.

We are now accepting orders to the following EU countries this is a flat rate per order based on sending one box with a maximum weight of up to 15kg. (All Non-UK orders should be completed via PayPal Only)

Should your order be too large or heavy, an additional payment will be required to cover the cost of delivery to you.
Please note the changes in trade now the UK has left the EU.
- A border surcharge is now included in this delivery price from our courier.
- Local UK sales tax (VAT) is no longer charged on orders to EU countries, this is now payable prior to delivery at the destination countries local rate.
- Customs clearance fees and any duties are also payable prior to delivery to the final delivery courier/postal service.
- Duties will be applicable on order values over £135 (150 euro)
Although at this present time we do not concentrate on sending deliveries outside the UK, we will happily quote on this service.

We will reply with a delivery cost based on your order size, weight and delivery location.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once we have confirmed your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.
If a product is out of stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. There are occasions when we have to wait for a wallpaper to be printed and so there may be a delay, and this gives you the choice of whether to wait or not.
If their is a discrepancy with your order confirmation, i.e address error, product colour or quantity incorrect please notify us immediately by replying to the confirmation email.
Please check your parcel on arrival, if their is a discrepancy with your order upon delivery, please notify us within 3 working days via email and include images. If any damage is present on the parcel, please ask the driver to note this on their device and also please share images with us directly.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Flair Decor, you may return it within 28 days of ordering. It must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all roll labels for a full refund and postage will be at your cost.
Please include a copy of your sales invoice or a note with your order reference, with all options please include your reason for return. Please email returns@homeflairdecor.co.uk with details of any return before sending goods back.
If a product has been produced individually to your specification then there are no rights to return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products should be returned to: Returns Department, Home Flair Decor, Warehouse 1, 679 Eccles New Road, Salford, M50 1AY, United Kingdom. This address should be used for returns only.
We do not accept returns on wallpaper samples.
