Johnstone’s Wall and Ceiling Soft Sheen is the perfect emulsion paint to create a stylish contemporary look. The low odour formula is quick-drying, easy to use and provides a hardwearing and wipeable surface, it's subtle sheen finish is long lasting and perfect for use in any room.

What You'll Need Delivery & Returns

Paints will be dispatched on a Fragile/Liquid service via our courier APC (excluding tester pots) due to the nature of the product. Deliveries should be expected within the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, a signature will be required for all courier dispatched items. This service is limited to UK addresses, delivery is charged from £5.00 per order to standard addresses.

Not going to be at home? Have your order delivered to your business/work address if you do not think an adult will be available to accept and sign for your order.

Orders received over bank holidays or extended breaks will be shipped ASAP following the break, please expect a short delay in delivery. We are open during these times but our couriers and the postal service are not.

All boxes should be checked, opened and goods examined on arrival.

^Border Fees (surcharges) are now included in shipping prices to NI and the EU from all couriers, we are unable to subsidise this additional fee and as such this is included in the delivery charge shown.

Express Delivery

Express delivery upgrades are available within the checkout once you have completed your address including county, these are a next business day service* (selected postcodes are a two day service including Northen Ireland and Republic of Ireland).

Any express order placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be prioritised for dispatched same day (excludes weekends, bank holidays and is always subject to stock) for delivery the following business day ***. Express orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (if a standard UK address).

Timed, Weekend Delivery or Named Day Delivery

Before 12 (AM), Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and Named Day (Specified Day) delivery options are also available within checkout.  The AM service will be delivered before 12:00, should you select a weekend day or the named day service, please specify within the comments box the preferred day or date for delivery and the order will be dispatched accordingly.

Once we have confirmed your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. 

If a product is out of stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. There are occasions when we have to wait for a stock delivery or a production run and there may be a delay, and this gives you the choice of whether to wait or not.

If there is any discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 3 working days. 


We hope you will love the paint you receive, but should you have reason to return these to us, we would be happy to issue a refund if returned to us within 28 days of ordering on unused and unopened cans/tester pots. Goods should be returned in the original packaging where possible or suitable packaging to avoid any damages during the return.

Please include a copy of your advice note / sales invoice or a note with your Order ID, with all options please include your reason for return. Please email [email protected] with details of any return before sending goods back.

If a paint product returned arrives to us damaged or compromised, a refund will not be given. It is the customers' responsibility for returning the goods at their own cost and we would recommend gaining a proof of delivery from your selected provider and any insurances to cover leakage/damage.


In the event of faulty goods or damaged parcels please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within three working days of delivery. Please make sure you provide an explanation of the fault or damage, attach images of the damaged box/item with the couriers' label in clear view as well as the damage inside the box and your order ID for our records.

This will allow the team to investigate the issue and to arrange collection/organise the delivery of replacement goods where necessary or issue a refund. Alternatively, we may ask you to dispose of any damaged items safely.
