COVID-19. OPERATIONS UPDATE.
31/03/2020. Business is running as usual (with limited staff) whilst the couriers are still collecting and Royal Mail are still delivering. We are available on the phones at the times shown below, emails will be replied to ASAP outside standard contact hours. We'll help where we can so no need to upgrade to express delivery*, we will get your orders out ASAP on a 48 hour* service.
Are you isolating? Let us know in the checkout comments box and we will label up your parcel as such and tell the courier. Customers may not be asked to sign the device on delivery however the GPS will be stored and the recipe to name taken.
Q - How will my order be delivered?
A - We will deliver your order by post or courier (DPD Local or UPS) depending on the items you have bought/location. Large items will be be delivered by courier, whilst smaller items will normally be sent by post.
Q - How long will my standard delivery take?
A - As we have the vast majority of products in stock ready for dispatch, delivery will normally be within 3-5 working days to mainland UK. If your delivery is going to be longer than 5 working days we will notify you by email. Once courier orders have been despatched you can track your delivery online using the emailed link. Express services are available in the checkout.
Q - Does my delivery have to be signed for?
A - Yes, all large deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Remember, you can have your order delivered to your workplace address to ensure someone is there to sign for it. Simply choose your work address as the delivery address when you place your order.
Q - What time will my delivery arrive?
A - Your order may arrive with your normal postal delivery, or for larger orders, courier deliveries are made between 8:00am and 7:00pm (business addresses are often earlier in the day, residental addresses afterwards). A morning delivery is available during the checkout, choose Next Day AM.
*A text and/or email will be sent giving you an hour time slot for next business day deliveries if the express service has been chosen (Interlink express only). You can live track your order down to the last 15 minutes using our couriers website www.interlinkexpress.co.uk (we are not responsible for any external websites)
Q - How much do wallpaper deliveries cost?
A - UK Mainland (excluding highlands, islands and certain remote postcodes) postage and handling charges are as follows for wallpaper and/or mixed baskets:

Q - How much is delivery to my Highlands or Islands address?
A - For UK Non-Mainland (including Northern Ireland) and Highlands / Islands deliveries will be charged as follows:
Q - Delivery is shown as £12.50 when I checkout, why?
A - Highlands and Islands, and certain other postcodes are deemed as remote by our couriers, and carry a higher postage and handling charge from our couriers. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on.

If your address is not listed and you are still seeing higher charges in your basket, please contact us on 0161 729 1686 prior to purchase, and we will correct this for you.
Q - Why do we charge delivery on all orders?
A - We work hard to make sure that we keep as many wallpaper, wallcoverings and other accessories in stock as possible. This means that as soon as you place an order, we can ship it to you. As rolls of wallpaper and other homewares are big, bulky and often heavy, we need to ensure your order is well packed. We also use a courier to deliver them to you. We do our utmost to keep delivery as low as possible, but we do need to cover our costs.
Remember, there is only one charge for an entire order, so if you're decorating your home, why not get everything you need at once, and save time and money too?
Q - Do you offer a faster service? My decorator is coming soon!
A - As we use post and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times. However, we do have express delivery options available now within the checkout (orders placed before 13:00hrs Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day for delivery the next business day (certain postcodes are a two to four day service, subject to stock availability, excludes bank holidays). Q - Do you offer a weekend delivery service?
A - Our couriers have recently launched a Mainland UK weekend delivery service, we can now offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries on orders placed before 13:00hrs on a Friday. To use the weekend service simply select the weekend day you prefer at the end of the checkout process, (extended UK postcodes are excluded, if you cannot see the service in the checkout - its is not available in your area, subject to stock availability, excludes bank holidays), If you have any questions about this service don't hesitate to contact us on 0161 729 1686 and ask!
Q - How long do sample deliveries take?
A - Samples are sent using Royal Mail's Second Class service as standard, so you can expect your samples within just a few days of ordering. Can't wait? Our express option in the checkout will speed things up to First Class Delivery (orders received before 13:00hrs dispatched same day, Monday to Friday only)
Q - I have ordered large samples, how will they arrive?
A - Multiple Mill Samples are often sent rolled up in cardboard tubes, so please ensure these 60cm long tubes can fit through your letterbox, and will not be restricted by any post cages or catching items.
Q - How are deliveries affected by bank/national holidays?
A - Our carriers do not collect or deliver orders on bank holidays, so please expect a short delay on any orders during holiday periods.
Q - Do you deliver to the Irish Republic?
A - We're happy to deliver your order to Southern Ireland, please select Ireland as your country during the checkout process.
Q - Do you deliver to the rest of the EU or Worldwide?
A - We are concentrating on growing our UK business at the moment but we can deliver to Europe and beyond. If you would like to order items for delivery outside the UK, please contact us with the following information:
Once we have this information we can get back to you with a delivery charge specific to your order.
UPDATE: We are now accepting orders to the following EU countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland &Spain. This is a flat rate per order based on sending one box with a maximum weight of up to 15kg. Should your order be too large or heavy, an additional payment will be required to cover the cost of delivery to you (all Non-UK orders should be completed via PayPal).
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once you have confirmed your order you will receive confirmation email. If a product is out of stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date, as there are occasions when we have to wait for a wallpaper to be reprinted, giving you the choice whether to wait or not.
If there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us on 0161 729 1686 within 3 working days and send images of what you have received . Should you wish to return your order, please email us in advance with your order details and reason for return. Please do not send returns back without contacting us first.
