Delivery & Returns
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Courier (APC, DPD Local, Parcelforce & UPS) depending on the total volume and weight of items ordered. Deliveries should be expected within the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, a signature will be required for all courier dispatched items.
Not going to be at home? Have your order delivered to your business/work address if you do not think an adult will be available to accept and sign for your order.
Orders received over bank holidays or extended breaks will be shipped ASAP following the break, please expect a short delay in delivery. We are open during these times but our couriers and the postal service are not.

Express delivery upgrades are available within the checkout once you have completed your address including county, these are a next business day service** (selected postcodes are a two day service including Northen Ireland and Republic of Ireland).
Any express order placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be prioritised for dispatched same day (excludes weekends, bank holidays and is always subject to stock) for delivery the following business day *. Express orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (if standard UK address).
Timed, Weekend Delivery or Named Day Delivery
Before 12 (AM), Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and Named Day (Specified Day) delivery options are also available within checkout. The AM service will be delivered before 12:00, should you select a weekend day or the named day service, please specify within the comments box the preferred day or date for delivery and the order will be dispatched accordingly.

OUTSIDE THE UK - EU and Non-EU
Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland & Spain - We are now accepting orders to the following EU countries this is a flat rate per order based on sending one box with a maximum weight of up to 15kg. Should your order be too large or heavy, an additional payment will be required to cover the cost of delivery to you (all Non-UK orders should be completed via PayPal).
Although at this present time we do not concentrate on sending deliveries outside the UK, we will happily quote on this service. Please click on the Contact Us page and provide us with the items you would like, the quantity and the full delivery address required.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once we have confirmed your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is out of stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. There are occasions when we have to wait for a wallpaper to be printed and so there may be a delay, and this gives you the choice whether to wait or not. If their is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 3 working days. Should you wish to return your order, please email us in advance with your order details and reason for return. Please do not send returns back without contacting us first.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Flair Decor, you may return it within 28 days of ordering. It must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all roll labels for a full refund and postage will be at your cost. Please include a copy of your advice note / sales invoice or a note with your Order ID, with all options please include your reason for return. Please email [email protected] with details of any return before sending goods back.
If a product has been produced individually to your specification then there are no rights to return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
